هذا العقد هو عقد خدمات منزلية يهدف إلى تنظيم العلاقة بين الطرفين، حيث يقدم الطرف الأول خدمات منزلية للطرف الثاني وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المتفق عليها في هذا العقد.

This contract is a domestic services agreement aimed at regulating the relationship between the two parties, whereby the First Party provides domestic services to the Second Party in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon in this contract.

الطرف الأول: (مقدم الخدمات)، وهو المستخدم المسجل على منصة "ميثاق | Mithaq" عبر الرابط التالي: [User Profile Link للبائع]، والذي تم التحقق من هويته من خلال وثيقة إثبات هوية سارية المفعول وربط حسابه باسمه الحقيقي ورقم هاتفه وبريده الإلكتروني.

First Party: (Service Provider), who is a registered user on the "Mithaq | Mithaq" platform via the following link: [User Profile Link للبائع], whose identity has been verified through a valid identity document and their account linked to their real name, phone number, and email.

الطرف الثاني: (المستفيد من الخدمات)، وهو المستخدم المسجل على منصة "ميثاق | Mithaq" عبر الرابط التالي: [User Profile Link للمشتري]، والذي تم التحقق من هويته من خلال وثيقة إثبات هوية سارية المفعول وربط حسابه باسمه الحقيقي ورقم هاتفه وبريده الإلكتروني.

Second Party: (Service Recipient), who is a registered user on the "Mithaq | Mithaq" platform via the following link: [User Profile Link للمشتري], whose identity has been verified through a valid identity document and their account linked to their real name, phone number, and email.

يتعهد الطرف الأول بتقديم الخدمات المنزلية التالية للطرف الثاني: [وصف تفصيلي للخدمات المنزلية المطلوبة].

The First Party undertakes to provide the following domestic services to the Second Party: [Detailed description of the required domestic services].

يشمل نطاق الخدمات المنزلية [تحديد نطاق الخدمات المنزلية بالتفصيل، على سبيل المثال: تنظيف المنزل، غسيل الملابس، كي الملابس، تحضير الطعام، رعاية الأطفال، رعاية كبار السن].

The scope of domestic services includes [Detailed definition of the scope of domestic services, e.g., house cleaning, laundry, ironing, food preparation, childcare, elder care].

يتم تقديم الخدمات المنزلية في [تحديد موقع تقديم الخدمات: عنوان المنزل أو المكان].

Domestic services are provided at [Specify the location of service delivery: home address or location].

تبدأ مدة هذا العقد من تاريخ [تاريخ السريان] وتنتهي في تاريخ [تاريخ الانتهاء].

The duration of this contract begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date].

يجوز تجديد هذا العقد تلقائيًا لمدة مماثلة، ما لم يخطر أحد الطرفين الآخر بعدم رغبته في التجديد قبل [عدد الأيام] من تاريخ انتهاء العقد.

This contract may be automatically renewed for a similar period, unless one party notifies the other of their intention not to renew it [Number of Days] before the contract's expiration date.

قيمة هذا العقد هي [قيمة المبلغ] [العملة] مقابل الخدمات المنزلية المتفق عليها.

The value of this contract is [Amount] [Currency] for the agreed-upon domestic services.

يتم دفع قيمة الخدمات المنزلية على [تحديد آلية الدفع: دفعة واحدة، دفعات شهرية، دفعات أسبوعية] وفقًا للجدول الزمني التالي: [تحديد جدول الدفعات].

Payment for domestic services is made on [Specify payment mechanism: one-time payment, monthly installments, weekly installments] according to the following schedule: [Specify payment schedule].

يتم الدفع عن طريق [تحديد طريقة الدفع الإلكترونية المتاحة على المنصة].

Payment is made via [Specify the electronic payment method available on the platform].

يلتزم الطرف الأول بتقديم الخدمات المنزلية المتفق عليها بكفاءة واحترافية عالية.

The First Party undertakes to provide the agreed-upon domestic services efficiently and professionally.

يلتزم الطرف الأول بالحفاظ على سرية معلومات الطرف الثاني وعدم الإفصاح عنها لأي طرف ثالث.

The First Party undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Second Party's information and not disclose it to any third party.

يلتزم الطرف الأول باحترام خصوصية الطرف الثاني والالتزام بتعليمات وإرشادات الطرف الثاني المتعلقة بالخدمات المنزلية.

The First Party undertakes to respect the Second Party's privacy and comply with the Second Party's instructions and guidelines regarding domestic services.

يلتزم الطرف الثاني بدفع قيمة الخدمات المنزلية المتفق عليها في المواعيد المحددة.

The Second Party undertakes to pay the agreed-upon value of domestic services on the specified dates.

يلتزم الطرف الثاني بتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة ومناسبة للطرف الأول لتقديم الخدمات المنزلية.

The Second Party undertakes to provide a safe and suitable working environment for the First Party to provide domestic services.

يلتزم الطرف الثاني بتوفير الأدوات والمواد اللازمة لتقديم الخدمات المنزلية، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.

The Second Party undertakes to provide the tools and materials necessary for the provision of domestic services, unless otherwise agreed.

يجوز لأي من الطرفين إنهاء هذا العقد قبل انتهاء مدته بشرط إخطار الطرف الآخر قبل [عدد الأيام] من تاريخ الإنهاء.

Either party may terminate this contract before its expiration date, provided that the other party is notified [Number of Days] prior to the date of termination.

يحق للطرف الثاني فسخ العقد في حالة إخلال الطرف الأول بالتزاماته المنصوص عليها في هذا العقد.

The Second Party has the right to terminate the contract in the event of the First Party's breach of its obligations stipulated in this contract.

في حالة الإنهاء المبكر للعقد من قبل الطرف الثاني بدون سبب وجيه، يحق للطرف الأول الحصول على تعويض عادل.

In the event of early termination of the contract by the Second Party without a valid reason, the First Party is entitled to fair compensation.

جميع إجراءات العقد، بما في ذلك التوقيع، التعديل، الفسخ، التجديد، المدفوعات، والموافقة بين الأطراف، تتم إلكترونيًا حصريًا عبر منصة ميثاق | Mithaq، ولا يُعتدّ بأي إجراء أو وثيقة ورقية أو مكتوبة خارج المنصة. وتُعدّ جميع الإجراءات الإلكترونية المنفذة عبر المنصة صحيحة وملزمة للطرفين من الناحية القانونية، ولها ذات الحجية القانونية للإجراءات الورقية.

All contract procedures, including signing, modification, termination, renewal, payments, and mutual approvals between the parties, shall be conducted exclusively and electronically through the Mithaq Platform. No paper-based or offline actions or documents shall be recognized outside the platform. All electronic actions carried out through the platform are legally valid, binding on both parties, and have the same legal force as written documents.

يتفق الطرفان على أن أي نزاع أو خلاف أو مطالبة تنشأ عن هذا العقد أو تتعلق به، بما في ذلك ما يتصل بتكوينه أو تنفيذه أو تفسيره أو إنهائه، يتم حله نهائيًا عن طريق التحكيم الإلكتروني عبر منصة ميثاق | Mithaq وفقًا لـ نظام التحكيم الإلكتروني المعتمد بالمنصة. ويعتبر هذا النظام جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذا العقد. يكون مقر التحكيم الافتراضي هو مدينة القاهرة – جمهورية مصر العربية، ويخضع التحكيم من حيث الإجراءات لقانون التحكيم المصري رقم 27 لسنة 1994، ومن حيث الموضوع للقانون المدني المصري، وتكون لغة التحكيم اللغة العربية. ويعتبر قرار المحكم الصادر عبر المنصة نهائيًا وملزمًا للطرفين، وله قوة السند التنفيذي بعد اعتماده من الجهة المختصة وفق القوانين المعمول بها.

The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be finally settled through electronic arbitration via the Mithaq Platform under its approved arbitration regulations. The default seat of arbitration shall be Cairo, Egypt. The arbitration shall be governed by Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994 and the Egyptian Civil Code. The arbitration language shall be Arabic. The arbitrator’s decision is final, binding, and enforceable upon approval by the competent authority.
